It was clean, comfortable, cheap and not far from center. For such price it's great.

Size of rooms is very good for European standards. The existence of a lift is also a positive aspect (many budget hotel in Europe don't have it) and the quality of breakfasts and very close to Keplerplatz metro station.

Wifi not available in rooms. Internet only available at the reception and only until 10 pm, hour at which usually if you're visiting is when you would start having time to access the web.

Free parking in the nearest streets. Near underground, clean room and bathroom.

Loud street at night.

The only disadvantage of the hotel was incidently one of its attractions. True it was within walking distance of the centre, but this meant that the road was extremely busy. The noise kept both me and my son awake.

Near a tube line, only 5 stops to main centre of vienna. Staff quite helpfull.

Very basic room, very bare, would benifit from a coat of paint & some pictures on the wall.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception is 24 hour. The hotel is very close to an underground station and you get to the city centre in about 10 minutes. My room had its own bathroom and a TV and it was clean. It faced and inner yard and was very quiet.

The room was clean and the bad very comfortable.

1) it was impossible to pay with credit card; 2) when we wanted to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out, we had to pay.

The hotel is clean, people are friendly, location is near to the subway station, good for a budget travel.

Too many people smoke. They smoke in the restaurant and lobby. The facility requires some maintenance.

Excellent price and adequate service. We travelled in group of 3 people and stayed at 2 rooms. 2 people had 3 person room and one person had 6 person room.

One room has good cleaned big bathroom, and another has terrible shower! No place to undress and you should do it in corridor!

Only 30 mins walk to the centre of town. 5 mins to underground station. Access to trams. Daily maid service and towel changing. Wifi. Late arrival.

It location and easy to commute to VIC.

There should have been arragnment for making tea in the room. A small packet of shampoo should be provided in bath room. These are suggestions only. But many of my friends were robbed off their money by fake black people posing as cops. I also met similar incidence a few year back in the heart of the city. So I was quite afraid to venture out to the city after 8 PM

We liked the location of the hotel, parking is free in the neighbouring streets, a crowded shopping street and two metro stations is just a minute away. Reception staff was very kind and helpful, so it was a good choice for a calm sleep for two nights. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

We have chosen this Hotel because of the affordable room rates, well as this was our second time in a Birg Hotel (earlier we were staying at Hotel Geblergasse that also belongs to the Birg Hotel group) Hotel Cyrus was a little below in comfort. Room furnitures are new but the whole atmosphere was a little like in a hospital. The lobby area was full of cigarette smoke that came up on the corridors as well and the cleaning lady at breakfast was in a very bad mood and yelled at us both mornings.

Its Location is great and very near to "Keplerplatz" Metro Station on the red line. It is close to a very interesting shopping area. The room is bigger than what expected and clean, the room size is relative cheap for what was paid.

The design of Bathroom base is very bad, and must be changed

i thought it was perfectly adequate for location and price

my bed was awlful.
